REAL MEN SHOW RESPECT TO THE JANITORS/CLEANERS

Yesterday we dogged real deep to uncover areas real men ought to show respect and we looked at Respect for family which is one of the most important criteria to access. Today we are going to look at an aspect that most people shy from which is the fact that Real men show respect to people beneath their social class.



2) A Real Man Shows Respect to the Janitor or Cleaners Working for Them or for The Government.

Why I decided to use this Job specification is because most people feel that those who are found working in that area are people who are beneath their social class and probably are termed a social misfit. The truth is real men should not have various classes of people to whom they show respect rather real men show respect to people who put all their effort in doing something that the society does not give respect to. I met a young man last year and the striking thing about him was his ability to associate with his lower staffs even though he had a position that was much higher, he would make small talks and sometimes would offer to buy the cleaners lunch. (Now ladies that is a keeper).
My idea of a real man may differ from yours but it will connect at some point. Real men go out of their way to show love and respect to people who do not receive that respect much often. Today, you never know who is watching but make it a habit to show that respect to people below you it may be your promotion criteria or the sign the young lady greatly awaits.

QUESTION FOR THE DAY FROM JUDE

Hello RW readers,  my name is Jude and am a manager at company XYZ (sorry I can't disclose) I got attracted to a lady who was a cleaner working in my unit, we got so close that every one assumed we were dating but I never asked her out. One afternoon I got a mail from her which showed her appreciation of all the things I had done for her but this mail came with an attached file showing a nude picture of her. The problem is she sent this picture to everyone with my name boldly written beneath. I almost got fired for that and since then I swore not to show that level of attention to people below me.
Does it mean am not a real man for making that decision? Although I respect them from afar but I do not think I can be close in the manner you stated above. What should I do?
Please RW readers let's help Jude solve his problem.

One word for this Real men Series "Educating" I know I am the one writing all of the areas but the truth is my dad does a lot by giving his words of wisdom on certain areas (He is my first love oh).
