7 NOT TO ASK QUESTIONS IN AN INTERVIEW

Hello everyone! I was able to come up with 7 top questions you shouldn't ask your employer when in an interview and tomorrow I'll give you questions that are commonly asked and would require concrete answers.

It is one thing to apply for a job with a mind blowing Résumé and get shortlisted but another to actually go through the interview successfully. At the end of every interview the employer always ask "Do you have any questions for me?"

Wait until your being offered the job before asking these questions;

1. Never ask about the salary package and other allowances available to you rather wait for the interviewer to bring up the subject and state what would be made available to you.

2. Never ask the holiday packages or health insurance available to you because its an international company doesn't mean they would have such packages and even if they do always wait for it to be stated to you.

3. Most importantly never ask the outcome of the interview it makes the employer view you as being impatient and desperate rather end your interview with "Thank you for this opportunity and I look forward to working with you"

4. Make sure you make thorough research of the company you are applying for so that you never ask what the company is about? Most times the employer takes time out to enlighten you on what they do and what the company is about and others don't but all the same " Do your research"

5. Not the last though but try not to ask your employer personal questions that does not apply to your job specification. Most people do not find it acceptable and besides remember why you are there.

6. Lastly never forget your job specification and always remember the personal statement you had submitted because regularly the employer would refer to the things you said you knew best to do.

7. Your employer would ask for your strengths and weakness always centre it around the things you can work on probably " I have a problem writing reports but I am currently learning how to" its shows you have a learning spirit.

Hope this was a bit helpful to you and I wish you the very best on your interviews this year.
