Trending today on Rosea Writes is the "Being Fat and Fit The New Beautiful"

One thing I love is to be plain and truthful in my writings. This came up yesterday when I was going through my messages on facebook and I got series of "lose 12 pounds in 2 days and blah blah blah" I am one person that has learnt to appreciate my body.

There are pills, tea, herbal remedy, lotions, surgery all these so that you can lose weight?. Am not health inclined but I know that too much of everything could have side effects later especially mixing slimming teas and drugs because you think you'll get a faster result.

The trick about these drugs is that it may work at first but it requires a continual usage otherwise you fall right back to where you started.

Health tips
* Eat healthy (no Junks)
* Eat in small quantities
* Drink a glass of water before every meal
* Exercise and do stretches daily
* Cut down on Alcohol consumption
* Do not eat heavy food late at night because it takes time to break down.
* Eat fruits in the morning before meals it detoxifys.
* Cut down on starchy food like rice, bread, garri etc.

These and many more will get you started on cutting down fat and maintaining your body.
Remember being fat is the new beautiful
