An Interview with Chima Daniel- The Miracle
During the Salem outpouring conference in November which is usually towards the end of the year. I was travelling from school to Salem church at Abuja on weekend basis to get the choir in Abuja ready,I was always on the road from Lokoja to Abuja.
On the 12th of December 2014 going back to Abuja as usual to meet up with the Abuja main choir rehearsal I was almost at Abuja by Abaji the car was on speed and the front tyre pulled out after much swerving I blanked out.
I was in coma from the 12th of december to the 1st of January when I got discharged. I asked questions about the accident from the Chaplain of Salem University who ran to scene of the accident immediately he got a call. I lost my memory and was treated for the swelling in the brain"Cerebral Edema". Rev fidel the chaplain explained to me that when he arrived the scene I was already covered with dead bodies, he took me up and prophesied that I cannot die. He prayed for about 45mins after which I came back to life.
The first hospital I was taken to was a mess with no medical personnel around. The chaplain who met the doctor asked why he wasn't attended to yet? The doctor simply said that a scan was to be done and the medical personnel in charge wasn't on duty. With the aid of a nurse the chaplain was taken to the man's house to drive him to the hospital to perform the scan after that the lab personnel left with the scan result meant to be given to the doctor. At that point the chaplain took me to as second hospital where I was treated until I recovered. In the ward I was many people died of one illness or accident while the days went by.
The first week I was out of coma one afternoon I saw something else as though I wasn't on earth. I saw people doing different things in a strange place I had never been to before. I saw a being like a man walk into the hospital and into the ward picked someone by the hand and took the person out of the hospital and as they were leaving the entrance door the person would be pronounced dead right in front of me.
WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR GREATEST FEAR AFTER THE ACCIDENT?
My greatest fear is dying and not fulfilling my destiny. One time while unconscious my choir members were leading worship songs my mum said in my unconscious state i sang along. "I told my mum that my body was suffering but my spirit was alive"
WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR STAND WITH GOD?
After the accident I made some vows with God and I have been taking a new walk with God which I am growing daily.
LASTLY A WORD OF ADVISE
If you have not received christ you have a chance to now that you are alive. All you have to do is surrender all to christ and receive him as your lord and saviour. It is the best decision ever and no one has lived to regret such.
